Tokyo Skate Radar（以下「本アプリ」）は、東京都内のスケートパーク情報を提供するアプリケーションです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおける個人情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
2. 収集する情報
- 位置情報：現在地からの距離・経路計算のみに使用。デバイス内で処理し、外部サーバーには送信しません。利用許可はユーザーが選択でき、拒否しても基本機能は利用可能です。
- 混雑報告データ：ユーザーが任意で投稿する報告はデバイスのローカルストレージにのみ保存されます。
- お気に入り・設定データ：デバイスのローカルストレージにのみ保存されます。
3. 収集しない情報
- 氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号等の個人識別情報
- アカウント情報（本アプリはアカウント登録不要です）
- 決済情報・クレジットカード情報
- デバイス識別子・広告ID
- 閲覧履歴・行動ログ
4. 第三者サービス
- Open-Meteo API：天気情報の取得に使用。リクエスト時にIPアドレスが送信される場合があります。
- Google Maps：地図リンク・経路案内のリンクに使用。タップした場合はGoogleの利用規約が適用されます。
- Instagram：各パークの公式アカウントへのリンクに使用。タップした場合はInstagramの利用規約が適用されます。
- 予約サービス（外部サイト）：一部パークでは予約ページへのリンクを提供しています。対象は以下のサービスです。タップした場合は各サービスの利用規約・プライバシーポリシーが適用されます。本アプリはこれらのサービスとの間で情報を送受信しません。

5. 情報の第三者提供
本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に販売・提供・共有しません。

7. 未成年者について
本アプリは13歳未満のユーザーを対象としていません。

Tokyo Skate Radar provides skatepark information for Tokyo, Japan. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles user information.
2. Information We Collect
- Location Data: Used solely to calculate distance and directions. Processed on-device only, never transmitted externally. Location access is optional.
- Crowd Reports: User-submitted reports are stored only in device local storage.
- Favorites & Settings: Stored only in device local storage.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
- Personal identifiers (name, email, phone)
- Account credentials (no registration required)
- Payment or financial information
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Browsing history or behavioral analytics
4. Third-Party Services
- Open-Meteo API: Used for weather data. Your device's IP address may be included in API requests.
- Google Maps: Used for map links and directions. Google's Terms of Service apply when accessed.
- Instagram: Used for links to park official accounts. Instagram's Terms of Service apply when accessed.
- Reservation Services (External Sites): The app provides links to reservation pages for select parks. The following third-party services may be accessed. Their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies apply. The app does not transmit any data to these services.
